Aim for 20-30 workflow cards in the first quarter. Tag each one by function (sales, finance, ops, engineering) and by task type (research, drafting, analysis, automation).
Layer 3: Distribute
Don't run a single company-wide training. Run function-specific clinics: a 45-minute session where one super-user walks their peers through three workflow cards relevant to their daily work. Each attendee leaves with one workflow they commit to trying that week.
Follow up at day 7 and day 30. The drop-off between attendance and sustained use is the real metric. Most programs lose 70% at day 7; well-run ones lose under 30%.
Layer 4: Reward
Super-users need formal recognition and a career path that rewards what they do. The cheapest version is a quarterly internal award with a cash bonus ($2,000-$5,000) and a mention in all-hands.
